We had such a hard time finding it. It’s so different from any beach in California, that we’ve been to, which are so well marked and sooo crowded. You’d never even know there was a beautiful beach here. I love that about Puerto Rico!

Haha! We always bring so much stuff. It’s totally worth the hauling though. It makes for a very relaxing day.

The first time we came here we never even knew we were at Shacks beach. We just figured we had found something great. 🙂

Oh my goodness! I stumbled across your blog and loved it. My husband and I visit Aguadilla almost every year and always visit Shacks to snorkel. When I saw your picture I thought, I remember that exact place. My dream is to buy or build a small house in Aguadilla so we can stay for longer stretches. My husband surfs at Jobos and Wilderness beaches. Have you visited Borenquin beach? I think it is the most beautiful place on earth. God Bless you all. Melinda
I’m so glad you found our blog! I love hearing from people who live/visit here. We love Aguadilla, Jobos and Shacks but have never been to Borinquen Beach. I’ve never even heard of it.
