We’ve hear that we had to try this great Christmas food called, Pasteles, so Ryan and I headed over to a little bakery to give them a try. I would describe then as saucy tamales but not spicy at all. DELICIOUS! We weren’t disappointed. They are made by wrapping Chicken, Beef or Pork in Plantains or Yuca. (to put it simply)
