Yes! Some people celebrate Halloween here! You can find Trick-or-Treating on the Ramey Base and also at Villas Universitias on Road 467 in Aguadilla, after 6pm. Tons of kids flock to these neighborhoods. It was so much fun trick-or-treating with hundreds of other families! We also had a fun halloween dinner with some friends and the LDS missionaries.
