Today Jordan turned 14! I can’t believe he’s so old!
We started out the day with an activity that we’ve been planning since before we got here. Floating down a canal for 2 hours, through the jungle. Sounds awesome huh? Long story short, endless spider webs, spiders and mosquitoes followed by a terrifying blockage in one of the tunnels made it not awesome and made for some very sad kids. We were all very happy when it was OVER! I’m not posting pictures of this. 🙂
After that little adventure we came home, showered, chilled for a minute and then it was 3:30pm. Wow! This day went fast!
Jordan wanted to go to a movie so we took them all to an English movie with Spanish subtitles in Isabela.
Afterwards, we had dinner at Chili’s in Aguadilla and did a little shopping at the mall.
Then home for his favorite cake and ice cream.
Overall a great day! We’re so grateful for Jordan! He’s an awesome, creative, leader in our family. We love that he’s always excited about learning new things. We love his enthusuiasm for his friends and watching him be a good example and and all-around awesome kid! We love you Jordan!
