Date Night at OceanFront Restaurant

When we moved to Puerto Rico I thought that we’d never go out at night or leave our kids again. I just thought it would be too dangerous. We were, thankfully, so wrong! It’s totally safe to go out as long as you stay in the right areas, which are usually pretty obvious, at least on the West side of the Island.

We still get a date night, (thanks to Jordan and Ashley who have turned out to be great babysitters) when we’re not too busy doing something awesome with the kids. Tonight we went to OceanFront Restaurant in Isabela. MAP It’s next to Jobos and has an awesome view. When we go out we like to go early because it gets dark early here and dark = no view.

I know i’m so boring getting this delicious caesars salad but I couldn’t resist! It comes complete with plantain croutons! Almost everything here has plantains attached and we love it!

Ryan got the yummy lobster. He’s so adventurous! I did try it and it was delicious!
